All orders are packed and dispatched from Queensland, Australia.
Processing Times
As our garments are handmade in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
During new product launches and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all Australian orders. Express Post options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Freddy & The Bella's is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@freddyandthebellas.com and we will do our best to assist.
Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
Freddy & The Bella's is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
